My dream wedding bridal house
It is not customer centric , not understanding and not listening when customer try express their expectations. 7-8 pcs gown customer choose for trying, none of the gown is available by giving reason that gown not fit, gown choosen by other etc. . Keep persuade to select what the sales girl choose for the customer. Is the customer getting marry and not the sales girl getting marry. What the sales girl choose is not nice at all and keep persuading customer to upgrade this and that to have more options. Very unprofessional and not customer centric
