Everything was splendid
Got upgraded for our stay. Everything was splendid from the spaciousness, cleanliness and efficient staff. Even the breakfast was good!

Stylish accommodation in a fantastic location
Our home away from home in KL. Stylish accommodation in a fantastic location. Short walk to the Pavilion and lots of other shopping, Jalan Alor, the monorail, KL tower and the nightlife of Changkat.

The reception staff are BRILLIANT
We loved it. The reception staff are BRILLIANT. The suites are really well appointed. We felt very safe and well taken care of. Will definitely stay here again when we're in KL.

Great service
Great service, the reception were prompt in their service, even though we had abit of trouble in accessing the room at first (the card detector device was Low on battery ) the service rendered was prompt and efficient in solving our issue. Will gladly return soon

The staffs there were super efficient and friendly
The staffs there were super efficient and friendly. Great service rendered although there were some hiccups at first. A staff by the name of Moti from the restaurant at breakfast was super helpful and the team made us feel so welcome. All of them deserve a compliment. From the doorman/bellman all the way to their reception, waiter, housekeeping and technician. Will definitely come back! Keep it up Parkroyal Service Suites Staffs! 2 thumbs up!!

Excellent hotel
Excellent hotel. Got my studio room upgraded to one bedroom suite as it was our 25th anniversary. Spacious rooms with all facilities. Very clean. Home away from home with kitchen facilities. Would definitely recommend if you are visiting KL.
