I had a great experience
Bringing my baby for his 1st Hotel Stay, i shall say, I am truly blessed for making a right decision to have chosen Pullman. Danial, who have checked me in was so courteous and informative. I was greeted with a warm smile and i felt good when Sazli, another duty manager joined him. The 2 of them were so informative and i am amazed to see their friendliness. The room given was perfect for my small little family. Rosli the Night Shift duty manager was also helpful as he has helped me to change the spoilt minibar fridge in my room. The food at The B's is awesome and it fills my tummy good. My only concern during my stay is the lighting of the hotel areas as i felt like a Darth Vader while walking to The B's as the Red Light is inappropriate for me. Overall, I had a great experience. ?

The food is great but the service of the server can be better.
My sincere thank you to Ms Kwan Sook Mei for being my personal concierge and leads me to a comfortable room for breastfeeeding despite my short presence to attend a wedding dinner just now . Both my sons are definitely very happy to be at Pullman. The food is great but the service of the server can be better. Keep up the good efforts of personal touch,Ms Kwan. Kudos

I am very satisfied with the service
Celebrated valentine here and i am very satisfied with the service. A very beautiful set up for the day. I am totally in love with the ambiance. My second visit to Pullman resort and trully a good place to go. thumbs up!

Splendid place to spend the weekend with my big family
Splendid place to spend the weekend with my big family.The poolside is clean and tidy,the staff hospitality is great, the room services is speedy Gonzales and I couldn't expect more on anything from this hotel.Keep it up Pullman and stays competitive. Sincerely : Mansor USJ12.
