Cancellation Policy

The following charges are applicable for cancellations or postponement of the event in its entirely for reasons whatsover unless by way of events listed in Force Majeure. Cancellations stating its reasons must be received in writing. Advance payments made are not refundable.

• Regardless of time frame: 50% of total estimatef rooms and/or event charges
• 45 to 30 days prior to schedule arrival date: 75% of total estimated rooms and/or event charges
• 30 days or less prior to schedule arrival date: 100% of total estimated rooms and/or event charges
