• All rates including 10% tax and 11% service charge

• All rates are subject to change withput prior notice

Wedding times

The following is the wedding schedule that can be held at the following venue: -

•  Tresna : 10:00, 12:30, 15:00, 17:30 (the use of bridal villa is 2hrs    prior) capacity maximum 50 persons 
•  Astina  : 10:30, 12:00, 15:00, 17:00 (the use of bridal villa is 2hrs prior) capacity maximum 80 persons

Block Out Dates

• Seclusion Day (Nyepi) 21 March 2015 & 9 March 2016 
• Christmas Eve 24 December 2015 and Christmas Day 25 December 2015
• New Year's Eve and New Year' Day 31 December 2015 & 1st January 2016

Cancellation Policy 

• Cancellation made 90 days prior to the wedding date will be subject to 30% of the wedding package and other confirmed event arrangements.
• Cancellation made 60 days prior to the wedding date will be subject to 50% of the wedding package  and other confirmed event arrangements.
• Cancellation made 30 days prior to the wedding date will be subject to 70% of the wedding package  and other confirmed event arrangements.
• Cancellation made 14 days prior to the wedding date will be subject to 100% of the wedding package  and other confirmed event arrangements.
• The Hotel cannot be held responsible for any force majeure
• For Optional Services, cancellation made 14 days prior to the wedding date will be subject to 50% of the confirmed arrangements 
• Cancellation made 3 days prior to the wedding date will be subject to 100% of the confirmed arrangements 

Payment Terms  

• An initial non-refundable deposit of 30% of the wedding package and other confirmed event arrangements required to confirm the wedding venue blocking within 14 days upon receipt of AYANA Reservation Request Form (Appendix A)
• The block of wedding venue will be released automatically by the hotel, if initial deposit not received within mentioned 14 days.
• A second advance payment of 30% of the total event revenue and any additonal arrangement upon progression of the event planning is reuqired 120 days (4 months) prior to the event date.
• A third advance payment of 40% of the remainder total event revenue is required 30 days (1 month) prior to the event date.
• Any outstanding payment will be settled prior to your departure date during the event.
