1st class service
My first time staying here...fairuz from the reception desk was so lovely.. I was treated so well until i extended my stay here. Fairuz has accomodate all my request and this is really a 1st class service.. Thank u MO and special thanks to fairuz for making my stay so memorable..

Staff are very friendly
Staff are very friendly. We been greeted by our customer relationship officer, excellent customer services. Love the foods and welcoming hospitality by Mandarin Oriental. Thanks for giving us a slepndid experience

The suites was very nice
The suites was very nice ...(Park suite) huhuhu i like this room....,the staff Here are very helpful and friendly, Definitely one of the best in kuala lumpur

Service was good
We loved most of our wedding and staycation experiences. Service was good. But as a 5-star hotel you they could pay more attention to detail

Staffs never say No to me
Staffs never say No to me. Great experience. I wanted to buy a cupcake and they don't have it at the cake shop. Immediately the staff informed me, it is at the buffet counter. Offer me to the buffet counter and ensure me to just choose the cupcakes I want to from the buffet counter which can be taken in as a la carte. But I didn't because it is not the one I am looking for. Next, the Xmas goodies counter is closed n I wanted to buy the chocolate pralines. Again, they never say no to me. They still let me have it. From waitress, hostess, bellman & PIC at the Xmas goodies counter; non of them rejected by request, regardless whether my requests are related to their dept or not and they make me feel so welcoming.

Outstanding service
Outstanding service and check in at the room was a big plus. This is a fantastic hotel,returning back here is something i look forward to do in the future.

Overwhelmed by the services by staffs at Mosaic
Overwhelmed by the services by staffs at Mosaic. special Thanks to Mr. Ahmad, Assistant Restaurant Manager for his concern seeing me breastfed my baby. He has arranged another private area and provided scarf to cover my self...seriously I'm stunned. And many thanks for making my husband's birthday very special. The cake was delicious. Loved staying here!
Loved staying here! The food was amazing , the room was awesome with great views and the staff were very on point and friendly ! Only negative was that they were under construction so we couldn't go to the pool!

From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty
From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. Everyone from the bell men to the concierge showed that they really cared about our us and wanted us to have the very best experience... Mission accomplished! It is also a very elegant atmosphere throughout the entire hotel. Their Buffett was amazing and has a very wide selection of foods from all over the world. Love this place and I will stay here every time I come back to Malaysia.
