Great location and feels very homely indeed... With the monorail station just outside you can get around KL just as fast as you like.
Great services ever the room, front desk & restaurant staff! Thanks for the welcome cake and greetings! Will highly introduce to my customers and friends!
Is good hotel, they don't disturb ur privacy, food quality is very very good and testy and reasonable price.
We experienced 6 nights at this hotel the staff were very helpful and our accommodation was great. We were fortunate to experience the Club Lounge and must compliment Harsono for the professional warm manner he carries out his duties. He makes you feel that he is your personal butler. If you are going to the main shopping attraction the Pavilion take the mono rail only 100 meters from the hotel cost $3.20 MR return-why sit in a taxi dealing with traffic jams. While you are at the Pavilion go to the lower floor fantastic food hall your taste buds will not be disappointed. Just across the road from the hotel is a new shopping mall- great supermarket store and a handy money change outlet.

Stay was fantastic. Great room. The service couldn't have been better. All the personnel were helpful and courteous. They went out of their way to be of service. Would definitely stay here the next time I am here
The hotel is far to old. It was once Luxury Collection and was being considered for a St Regis and failed the test. The rooms and in particular the showers need a good clean. One thing I dislike is shower mould.
Excellent location, only 10 minutes walk to Petronas towers! The facilities are spectacular, and you can also take a refreshing dip on the rooftop pool. Oh and btw, the bartenders make delicious cocktails, we had better Singapore slings here than at the Raffles hotel in Singapore
Best service I've ever got. The room was great. Loved every moment of my stay there. Will ONLY live there when I return to KL ? thank you!
It's very well located and easily accesible to many places in central KL, the staff of the hotel were really helpful and willing to assist whenever possible and the rooms size is great..Only issue I had with the room was that the aircon in my room was down.. Told the hotel about it on the second day before going out but when got back, found out nothing was done about it.. Called the hotel and they sent a maintainence guy who said the aircon was down.. Changed our room but all this could have been done earlier as we got back to the room at 6am after partying and having supper so moving rooms at that time was really tiring.. Above all, great hotel in KL...
Sheraton Imperial KL's extravagant Chinese wedding packages include a nine-course banquet and accompanied by a host of dazzling details to enhance your event, such as an eight-tiered ceremonial dummy wedding cake and individual gift cakes for every guest, free corkage for hard liquor and wine, a complimentary flow of mocktails during the pre-dinner reception, a complimentary overnight stay in the hotel's Bridal Suite inclusive of breakfast for two, a fruit basket and champagne, and food-tasting for 10 people. The wedding team will also adorn the banquet room with thoughtfully hand-selected decorations, including a floral bouquet for each table and a beautiful centerpiece for the bridal table, red carpet, ice carving, white chair covers with tassels, and a chiffon wedding backdrop with fairy lights.
Typical Sheraton service. They don't bother you until you ask for help. Great for those who wants to do things themselves, but not great for people not used to it.
We had our beautiful wedding in Sheraton.Everything was perfect!!We love the service, they delivered what they promised, and they took initiative and very attentive to our needs. The rooms are very nice and comfortable, ballroom is perfect, and foods were really good, our family and friends were impressed.Thank You Sheraton for creating the perfect day
for this wedding, it was slightly out-of-the-box. The menu was quite unique as it has a combination of Chinese, Western and Local flavours. I must comment how superb the service was at Sheraton. Everything was served into individual plates by the waiters and so, we are pretty much spoilt for the night. The good thing is, it gave us quality time to mingle with our friends and catch up with the good old times (as well as taking loads of pictures).Four Hot Precious Combinations. Stir Fried Fresh Top Shell with Capsicums: the flavour was quite mild but the top shell was fantastically thick and fresh. Deep Fried Almond Coated Ball: Tasted average.Steamed Prawn Dumpling with Supreme Sauce: Flavourful and juicy, with the sweetness of the prawn meat but would have preferred that the prawn tail to be removed.Vietnamese Yam Roll: This was my favourite of the four! It's like a palate cleanser to neutralise the heavy, complicated flavours of the other food.I must say, this is a very good bowl of pumpkin soup. Oven Roasted Pei Pa Chicken - the meat has quite a mushy not-so-fresh texture. A big no no.Steamed Omega Barramundi with Japanese Soy Sauce - deliciousBraised Japanese Mushroom with Vegetable - not enough flavorsNasi Minyak with Diced Chicken and Anchovies - disappointing
Totally agreed with your posting here! I had my wedding dinner in June at this cosy yet gorgeous villa. Chef alessandro is very attentive to our request from appetizer, salad, mains to desserts. Even vegetarian dishes without eggs can be done nicely. Same credits goes to the pastry chef :) You can never go wrong with this restaurant.
Our take : Old hotel, old ballroom but have a sense of old charm and class. Best value package. Really good service provided by the Catering Sales Manager. She even 'belanja' us buffet lunch when we visited the ballroom.
